What it is
A productivity app for people whose attention does not cooperate with ordinary to-do lists. It watches for distraction patterns and nudges you back. TODO: confirm current scope and feature set for the native rewrite.
How it’s built
Native macOS, Swift and SwiftUI, local SQLite storage. Focus-state classification runs on-device. There is no account, no sync service, and no telemetry. TODO: detail the classifier pipeline and the rewrite architecture.
What broke
TODO: the honest section. What fell over in the first version, and what the rewrite is fixing.
What I’d change
